On Saturday the 12 of July 2015 I had a routine check to my bank account. It was a bit strange I could no believe my eyes, over 3000 pounds disappeared. I thought about an internet fraud, someone got my card details and was sucking money out. It turn out to be the case only that the people involved were British Gas. I could not believe my own eyes.

    Extra Energy “customer service” is an oxymoron!
    It is mow 2.5 months since I left them. It took 5 web contacts and a written letter threatening a complaint to OFGEM, for them to produce a final bill. That took 2 months!. I’m due a refund, Same story – ignored web contact requests and emails for a long, long , time, then promised my refund by 27th. November. True to form it’s not arrived. Two phone calls, two promises to ring back. Yes you guessed it – no calls back.
    Utterly useless lot.
